Once courses and categories have been completed participants will receive points according to their progress, which determine if they go up or down a level. Employers and managers can use the rewards programme as an opportunity to motivate and reward continuous learning amongst their participants.
Participants receive points when they complete activities in the set time, meaning before due dates.
Participants obtain points when they stay on track and progress according to set schedules.
Participants obtain points when they submit and pass an assignment or a quiz.
When participants activate their accounts, they will be able to start accumulating badges when completing courses and categories. Badges can be used on participants’ CVs, Boston Connect profiles or Social Media.
